VINIFICATION PROCESS
THE VINIFICATION PROCESS FOR BELISARIO VALBONA VERDICCHIO DI MATELICA 75CL BEGINS WITH THE MANUAL HARVEST OF VERDICCHIO GRAPES, CAREFULLY SELECTED FOR QUALITY. AFTER GENTLE CRUSHING AND DESTEMMING, THE JUICE UNDERGOES TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED FERMENTATION IN STAINLESS STEEL TANKS TO PRESERVE ITS FRESH, AROMATIC PROFILE. FOLLOWING FERMENTATION, THE WINE IS AGED ON FINE LEES FOR A FEW MONTHS TO ENHANCE TEXTURE AND COMPLEXITY. STAINLESS STEEL TANKS ARE USED FOR AGING TO MAINTAIN ITS CRISP AND FRUITY CHARACTER.
