- SELECTED BUCHES OF GRAPES ARE PLACED IN SMALL RACKS AND LEFT TO DRY FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS. THEN THE GRAPES ARE SOFTLY CRUSHED; THE MACERATION PROCESS LASTS UP TO 30 DAYS. AFTERWARDS, IT IS RACKED AND REFINES IN BARRIQE AND BIG OAK CASKS (FRENCH AND SLAVONIAN WOOD) FOR 3 YEARS BEFORE BOTTLING.
