- Type of BeverageRED WINE
This wine is produced from grapes grown in Menderes District of Izmir Province. Cabernet Sauvignon is a black colored, thick-skinned, small and round grained grape that is obtained as a result of crossing the Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Fruity and strong bodied wines with high aging potential are produced from this grape. Parcel IX Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the finest examples of this grape. It is bottled after completing the fermentation in steel tanks and aging in French oak barrels for 6 months. Giving off the pleasant scents of sour cherry, blackberry and vanilla flavours. A strong-bodied wine with a long finish and elegant tannins which leave an intense fruitiness on the palate. Harmony with food: It will go well with spicy meat, lamb and veal, cheese with medium hardness and baked sauced white meat.
