The Campo Valentino shows us in a very delicate, glossy yellow with light golden reflections. The color is clear and brilliant. The scent initially shows notes of wildflowers followed by citrus flavors and hints of pear. This wine shows through its fresh-fruity and light-footed style its summer suitability. The opening again form the delicate field flower notes. The light aromas of citrus fruits and a touch of pear (pear abate) build on this. Ideal as an aperitif, with light fish dishes, light appetizers and pasta with mussels.Â
