The vinification takes place through a soft pressing, a light maceration and a white vinification at a controlled temperature. All this gives the Prosecco Brut DOC, a bright yellow color, with a persistent foam; Visual result: elegant and fine perlage. From the olfactory examination it turns out to be a wine with a varietal bouquet of the typical fruit of origin, with aromatic and delicately fruity notes.
