The fruit was harvested early in the cool of the night to preserve freshness and quality. Individual batches were cool fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness of fruit flavour. The wine was blended, stabilised and filtered prior to bottling. TASTING NOTES: Tropical passionfruit with a lively touch of crisp green apple. COLOUR: Pale straw with green hues. AROMA: White peach, melon and hint of citrus. PALATE: Fresh and vibrant with generous flavours of citrus and florals.
