Aged for five years in the Caribbean, three years in Sherry casks in Spain's Jerez region. Golden hue and vanilla and brown sugar aromas, which are echoed on the buttery palate. It evolves into a long spiced finish that reads almost like a lightly spiced vanilla cake, with a hint of grapefruit peel bitter bite.
