Traditional white wine fermentation with short maceration on the skins and controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Straw yellow with copper highlights. Wide, penetrating nose with hints of hay, fresh nuts and toasted almonds. Dry, flavoured and savoury palate. Storage: lay bottle down in a dark, dry environment at 15 °C. Serving suggestions: scampi fish and citrus fruits starters, sliced sea bass, cold white meats. Serve at 10°C in a Riedel “Vinum” Chardonnay glass or similar.
